Veteran actress Vyjayanthimala Bali needs no introduction. She was the darling of the film-buffs in 1960s. One of the first heroines from South to dominate Bollywood cinema, Vyjayanthimala had acted in several Tamil movies besides sharing the screen with stalwarts of Hindi cinema then.
A former MP from South Chennai, She has chosen to come up with her autobiography. It was released in Chennai Wednesday.
Vyjayanthimala says, 'It is a tale of my journey in filmdom. I have not exaggerated anything. It is written in simple English for everyone to understand. I have no tried to hide any facts in the book'.
