‘When I enter the corridors of Vidhana Soudha everyone shivers’ - this is not Dr Ambarish any film dialogue. It is real life statement at media meet. Actor of over 200 films in Kannada Dr Ambarish sitting housing minister of Karnataka state baffled everyone by such a statement.
Dr Ambarish was speaking at Mandya taluk Panchat office. He is the care taker of his district as Minister of state. The people in Vidhana Soudha, ministers and bureaucrats shows respect and they all throng my chamber in Vidhana Soudha to get various works done. I have worked for my housing ministry in such a way. The union government has given three awards to my ministry. In my regime 6.17 lakhs houses were constructed. I have efficiently used Rs.2200 crores in my capacity as housing minister. Right people have got right benefit in my office as Housing Minister Dr Ambarish further adds.
A fortnight ago Karnataka chief minister Siddaramaiah made a reverse statement that no work has taken place in the regime of Dr Ambarish ministry of Housing.
