And now objections over Sambhavna's item dance...

Everyone is aware about superhit item number 'Aashique Ye Meri' [36 China Town]. While the world knows that Kareena Kapoor sizzles in the remix version of the song, not many know that in the original number that came at the song's beginning, it was newcomer Sambhavna who jived along with Upen Patel. She was earlier noticed in the rocking remix music video of oldie 'Aajkal Tere Mere Pyaar Ke Charche'

Now the girl has found herself in trouble as her dance number on stage in front of live audience at a place called Junagarh has left many fuming! She has been accused of obscenity in her live performance in front of numerous officials while fingers have been raised at Meghna Naidu too who was a part of the dance troupe.

Item girl Rakhi Sawant, who herself was accused of the same a few days back for her stage performance, came out in open to support Sambhavna's case by saying that one should let people say what they want and continue to do their job. In her words, "I don't care what people have to say. I have reached this stage on the basis of my hard work and it is no one business to comment on my work. Also, no Indian actress will ever do anything wrong in front of live audience. Probably foreign item girls or the belly dancers could do so but not us Bollywood item girls. Also, there is nothing wrong in being an item girl and performing item songs for either films or stage because not a single film can be completed without an item song."

Meghna Naidu too said that it was unfair to pick up Bollywood actresses for obscenity when nothing like that actually happened in the stage show. She also mentioned that the event was covered live and if officials want, they can procure the video recording of the event and see it for themselves if there was anything objectionable.

Both Rakhi and Meghna expressed their disappointment about the way events have unfolded and said that this was not their idea of any kind of publicity and would love to steer clear from them. Sambhavna was not available for her comment.
