Actor Simbu and composer Anirudh have landed themselves in huge trouble, after the "Beep Song" got leaked in the cyber space and social media. Women activists have called on a huge protest against Simbu for using derogatory words in the song, which were partially hidden by Beep sound.Both the stars were summoned to appear today in a police station at Coimbatore.Earlier Simbu has seeked the intervention of Chennai high court in this issue, by filing a petition to quash the summon order. The court on hearing it has refused to do so and has postponed the next hearing to January 5. So simbu and Anirudh were expected to appear before police today.But, the recent update is that Simbu has sent a letter to police, to seek a excuse from appearing before them for a month.Reports about further developments are yet to come.
