Big B added another feather in his illustrious cap when the De-Montfort University in the East-African Indian dominant English Midland city of Leicester conferred an honourary doctorate of the arts on the ageing superstar. He also earned a rare honour of being mentioned in a special motion (The Early Day Motion or EDM) in the British Parliament.
Big B was 'delighted by this very real honour.' The Bachchan family including wife Jaya and daughter Shweta are with him for the entire weekend in the UK.
