The shooting of a film 'Dev' introducing Sushant, brother of hero Sumanth, and nephew of Yuva Samrat Akkineni Nagarjuna and grandson of Nata Samrat Akkineni Nageswara Rao, as hero was launched at Annapurna Studios recently.
Smt Akkineni Annapurna is presenting the movie which was formally launched on September 7.
Tamanna, who played one of the heroines in 'Happy Days' of Sekhar Kammula is playing the female lead in this movie.
Ravicharan is making his debut as director through this movie. Akkineni Nageswara Rao, Akkineni Nagarjuna and Sumanth and their family members attended the muhurat function of the film.
The shooting of the film would be completed in a single schedule.
