Ganja Karuppu's noble desire

There has been an urge which is always among many personalities in the film fraternity to render their service for the society. Choreographer-director-actor Ragava Larencce has been involved in uplifting the down-trodden and has been rendering much for the welfare of the poor children, especially those affected by heart ailments. Not far behind is comedian Karunaas who has plans to start an old age home, for which the construction would commence very soon.

Now joining the list is the actor Ganja Karuppu. He started his livelihood working in a tea shop. Director Bala introduced him to filmdom in his 'Pithamagan' and it was director ameer who established him through 'Ram'.

Ganja Karuppu says, 'I know the troubles and travails of the poor people. I had spent several days without food. Hence, there is a burning desire inside me to start a school for the poor children. By starting a school, I plan to educate several hundreds of poor children and help them shape their career.'
