It is a known fact that, macho hero Gopichand recently signed a film with director Sampath Nandi. J Pulla Rao and J Bhagawan will produce the movie billed to be a mass action entertainer. Latest we heard is Catherine Tresa who was seen as MLA in Allu Arjun's super hit film Sarainodu is finalized as main heroine in the film.
Catherine immediately gave her nod for Gopichand's new film, when the makers approached her recently with script. Catherine's role is said to have good importance in the movie, so she is happy to sign this project which will go on floors sometime this year.
Although Catherine claimed she was not getting much offers in Telugu, during Sarainodu promotions, she is being offered star hero films in Telugu now. There have been reports that, Catherine will be seen sizzling on a special song in megastar Chiranjeevi's 150th film Kathilantodu.
Meanwhile, Gopichand is presently working for a commercial entertainer movie Oxygen. The film directed by ace producer AM Ratnam's son Jyothi Krishna is in final stages and is slated for release soon. Gopichand will next do a film with director Sriwass with whom he already worked for two hit films Lakshyam and Loukyam.
