Producer Jayashree Devi who made exceptional films in Kannada like Kona Eedaite and Sri Manjunatha has returned to film making. She is however returning with a Telugu film as producer.
This film is the remake of the Kannada film Shravani Subramanya which released on December 27 last year. Sources say that Jayashree Devi has completed shooting for the film and will officially announce the film on the first anniversary of Shravani Subramanya.
The Kannada film starring Ganesh and Amula was a big hit and the Cheluvina Chittara pair created magic once again. Manju Swaraj, the director was acclaimed for his sensitive handling of the romantic comedy. Jayashree Devi purchased the remake rights in June this year.
