Superstar Rajinikanth's Kabali is now the most awaited movie in Kollywood, with the buzz for it increasing day by day. The film is posted for release on the 1st of July worldwide, in a record number of screens.
According to sources close to producer Dhanu, the film has done about 200 crore of pre-release business already, making it an eye-turner in the trade. Rockline Venkatesh who bankrolled Lingaa has bagged the Karnataka rights of the film for a whopping price, and talks are on to finish the deal with a China based company for a release there as well.
Kabali will also have a dubbed release in Malaysia, where the film was shot for most parts. Producer Dhanu is already heard saying that the film would break all of Rajinikanth's previous records.
