The shooting of Thala 57 is likely to be commenced soon, as an official pooka has already been held. Directed by Siruthai Siva, the film has music by Anirudh. Though the names of Anushka and Ritika have been considered for the leading lady, now it looks like Kajal will bag the role.
The film will be set in foreign locales and a major portion will be shot in Australia. If all goes well, we will be seeing a younger Thala on screen.
