Speculations are abuzz that Kona Venkat will turn Director with Pawan Kalyan's project and a project in this combination has materialized recently.
When quizzed about the reports, Kona Venkat clarifies he is yet to narrate the subject to Powerstar. He, however, informed that Pawan Kalyan who is his soulmate agreed to sign his project whenever he approaches him with an exciting subject. 'Although I wish to wield the megaphone, Few Directors including VV Vinayak have been advising Me to continue as a Writer,' he added.
Kona Venkat wishes to become Director with Pawan Kalyan's flick. As PK doesn't want to work with any of the Star Directors who charge over Rs 10 crore per flick, The Star Writer will use this opportunity to fulfill his dream.
Currently, Kona Venkat is penning scripts and dialogue versions of few subjects. He is mostly co-producing the films he is involved in the creative process.
