Noted cardiologist Dr Cherian and yesteryear hero Shankar (Oru Thalai Ragam fame) will be seen in action in Vikranth's Ninaithu Ninaithu Parthen.
The movie is directed by Manikandan, a one-time associate of Selvaraghavan. Delhi girl Ashitha is paired with Vikranth in the film.
Manikandan said that the movie harps on the travails undergone by a family of our neighbouring country. What looks to be a simple medical treatment does not turn out that way.
About the title, Manikandan said that the inspiration stemmed from the famous song Ninaithu Ninaithu Parthal from the movie 7-G Rainbow Colony, directed by his mentor.
