The 7th annual Sri Raghavendra Chitravani Awards coinciding with the 31st year of existence of the prestigious cinema news house was held at the Bell Hotel on Sunday evening in a colorful style. D.G.Venkatesh, Smt.Padma Sudheendra, Sunil Sudheendra and D.G.Vasu made apt arrangements at the awards evening. With the demise of D.V.Sudheendra two years ago the founder of the 'Sri Raghavendra Chitravani' it is continued by D.G.Venkatesh with a new name Sudheendra Venkatesh.

From the next year a new award for the satellite channel would be looked in to added Sudheendra Venkatesh in his address.
