Panel Animation Studios has launched their mega animation project, 'Little Pandavas'. It will be a full-length animation film made with a whopping Rs 15 crore budget. It will be released in seven languages including Telugu, Tamil, Marathi, Bengali, Japanese. The makers are planning to release it in 2009.
Rudra Masta, CEO of Panel Animations, said that the film would essentially revolve around the childhood and adolescence of Pandavas and Kauravas. However, it will be made in a simple, casual way he said and added that the spirit of the epic tale would be kept intact.
They are also planning three more projects titled Kenichi, Ethan and Rendezvous with Bliss.
They will soon be recruiting the required creative personnel for the same and will also be announcing marketing tie-ups with major channels to promote their projects.
Hyderabad will be the first city where the marketing schemes would be launched first, before they start them in Chennai, Mumbai, Delhi and other places.
