Past and present of 'Devanahalli'

In an intelligent way and shrewd manner director Pallakki Radhakrishna has completed the two schedules of his second film 'Devanahalli' that explain the land mafia in the wake of Devanahalli locality acquiring the international status with the Airport coming up there. The loss of human relationship is the crux of the matter Pallakki is focusing in his film.

Pallakki Radhakrishna who gave a convincing performance in the recently released 'Chaitrada Chandrama' besides directing the film 'Devanahalli' is appearing in an important role that represent one Mr Muni Nagappa of Devanahalli surroundings resident.

Pallakki Radhakrishna also producing the film with the earnings he has made from his employment in Railway department and selling some of the valuables traveled in some of the districts of Karnataka to get the theatre talents of Shivasanchara and Ninasam troupe to his film 'Devanahalli'. Rahul a local of Bangalore, theatre artists like Udaya Munda, Sri Raghav, Udaya Sugriv, Vali Vidyarthi, Hanumanthu, Rajesh Burudekatte Dr.Chakravarthy a dentist by profession, actress Shravani are the newcomers. Pallakki has veterans like BK Shanker, Sadashiva Brahmavar, Manjula Badami, M.s.Umesh, Chidanand, Aravind for rest of the roles. There is some new attempt in music too. Music director Prayog has used the philosophical and folk to mix it up with western style. Nagathihalli Chandrasekhar, Prof.Chandrasekhar Thalya, Pallakki and Rajesh Burudekatte have penned the songs. Keshav Aditya has penned the dialogues for this film. Rao Muthoji is the cameraman.

Two schedules shooting has been completed in Yelanaka, Ramanathapura, Sanehalli where Sri Panditaradhya Swamiji provided the necessary permissions as the locality looked like Devanahalli.
