PRABHAS BAAHUBALI IS OUT NEXT WEEK
After the humongous success of Baahubali, actor Prabhas' several previous Telugu movies, even the not-so-successful ones have been dubbed and released in Hindi and various other languages.
Meanwhile the actor's 2010 hit Telugu film, Darling, has been dubbed in Tamil entitled `Prabhas Baahubali' and slated for release on July 15.
Bhadrakali Films which brought in dubbed films like Idhu Dhaanda Police and Magadheera, is the production house behind this dubbed film that also stars Kajal Aggarwal, and Prabhu in important roles.
Prabhas and Kajal Aggarwal play the characters who have grown up studying together in Darling. The story is all about how their friendship transforms into love when they meet at a reunion years later.
Tamil producers are looking to cash in on the mammoth success of Baahubali which also took Prabhas stardom several notches up . First it was Malayalam producers who dubbed and released a few films of Prabhas in Kerala and now it is the turn of the Tamil producers to take advantage of the actor's popularity.
Apparently, the Tamil producers have taken the decision of releasing the movie on July 15th with Superstar Rajinikanth's highly anticipated `Kabali' postponing their release to July 22.
Darling is a commercial success at the box-office. It was dubbed and released in Hindi as Sabse Badhkar Hum. It was remade in Kannada as Bulbul and in Bengali as "Darling".
