Sanjay Bhansali Gets Bail

by mymazaa.com

Sanjay Leela Bhansali may be regaling himself with all the dance-show at the 'Jhalak Dikhlaja' but his personal life also earned a much-need-reprieve. A Sessions Court in Mumbai granted him an anticipatory bail for the complaint filed by antic collector Farida Hoosenally claiming that she lost furniture worth Rs 1.6 crore in the fire at the sets of Bhansali's film 'Black' in February 2004.

It is being alleged that Bhansali had been using cooking gas to generate fire for a scene. This is a criminal offence under the Essential Commodities Act as cooking gas, cylinders, supplied at a subsidized rate, can't be used for commercial purposes. Although Sanjay may have gone back home a free man, but he will have to report to the police station every Sunday and Monday until a chargesheet is filed.

It seems the cops are now telling SLB'.Jhalak Dikhlaja'.
