When the theatrical trailer of Sardaar Gabbar Singh was released during the recently concluded audio release function, everyone thought that it will smash all the existing YouTube records. But what's happening right now is quite opposite.
After releasing the trailer at the audio launch, the makers of Sardaar took their own sweet time to upload it on YouTube. Meanwhile, enthusiastic fans started spreading a couple of unofficial and badly mastered trailers on social media.
By the time the makers released the official trailer almost 24 hours later, excitement levels among the fans fizzled out and this in turn resulted in the trailer getting hardly 2 lakh views until now, a disappointing feat never heard of by a Pawan Kalyan film.
While Sardaar's trailer is losing out on creating YouTube records, Sardaar's unit should buckle up and take all the necessary care until the film's release to ensure that the opening day and weekend records are shattered by the film.
