Shruti elated to sing in Ilayaraja's composition!

Multi-faceted Indian film actress Shruti Haasan who is equally famous as a singer and an actress, has sung a song in maestro Ilayaraja's composition for her sister Akshara Haasan's debut film with Dhanush.

Remember, Shruti Haasan has debuted into Tamil films as a singer with 'Potri Paadadi Ponna' from Thevar Magan followed by 'Ram Ram' from Hey Ram and 'Roattorap Paattuch Chaththam' from En Mana Vaanil in Ilayaraja's composition.

After a decade, Shruti has once again recorded a song composed by Isaignani for untitled Dhanush-Akshara Haasan's film being directed by Balki. Shruti feels elated for singing for the colossal tune of Isaignani and the additional excitement is about making it for her younger sister Akshara’s movie.

Meanwhile, Shruti Haasan has signed Vishal's Poojai in Hari's direction and in talks with makers of Vijay's 58 film with Chimbudevan and yet-to-be-titled Suriya-Venkat Prabhu's film.
