Yester year super heroine of Tamil, Simran will play the heroine of Mohanlal in the new movie by Jeethu Joseph. Tentatively titled as 'My family', the shoot for the movie will kick start by the 18th of September.The director who is already riding high after the big hit 'My boss' has been eyeing Priyamani for the lead role. But due to date clashes he was forced to settle for Simran, who had a fan following in Kerala Simran had earlier been to Malayalam for many films including 'Indraprastham' and Heartbeats, which failed to engage the masses like her popular Tamil films.
