Weeks after Poojitha approached the police with a complaint that she had been at the receiving end of intimidation at the hands of an IPS officer at the behest of her husband, Apoorva, the well-known character artist, has complained to the SR Nagar police that there was a threat to her life.
Going into the details of her complaint, Apoorva has stated in the complaint that her car met with a road accident at Film Nagar on May 21. As her car was almost mangled, those guilty of hitting the car volunteered to get the car repaired. She sated that they so volunteered keeping in mind the fact that she is a celeb. Wanting to avoid controversy, says Apoorva, they even kept their car with her, promising to take it back when they return her car.
However, complains Apoorva, some people had been observing her moves near her house at SR Nagar for the past two days. Doubting mala fide intentions, Apoorva has approached the police for help, alleging that there is a threat to her life.
Apoorva even said that 10 unknown persons turned up at her home and threatened her with dire consequences.
