Nandamuri Balakrishna’s Gautamiputra Satakarni pre-release business was closed even before two months of its release. The film did a record business in Balakrishna career and fetched good profits for the makers.
The Ap/Tg Theatrical rights were sold for 39.5crores, Satellite rights sold for 9.15crores, the other rights and rest estimated Theatrical rights will be around 13-14 crores. Overall, the film did a pre-release business close to 63crores which is a superb amount for Balayya’s film in his career. The makers were estimated to spend around 40-45crores on this project, so they have a cool profits of around 15-18crores before the release.
However, we need to wait and see whether Gautamiputra Satakarni will recover the amount for its buyers or not ? once after its release. Meanwhile, the makers are going to release the Theatrical trailer in 100 Theaters across the world which include US,UK and others as well in the first week of December. So let’s wait and see how the Theatrical trailer will be in coming days.
