Vijay 60 Team has completed nearly 70% of the shoot in their Hyderabad and current Chennai schedule. Sources say that they will completing the entire shoot before Diwali and thus they will have minimum three months for the release.
Directed by Bharathan, who earlier made Azhagiya Tamizh Magan with Vijay, the makers of the film are planning to have a theatrical release for Pongal 2016. Keerthy Suresh plays the romantic interest of Vijay 60 while Sathish is taking care of comedy sequences.
The film also has Sarath Lohitaswa, Jagapathi Babu and Y Gee Mahendran in important roles. Santhosh Narayanan is scoring the music for the film and Sukumar is cranking the camera.
