After his 50th film, most of Vijay's next entertainers have been based in the city. Even his recent blockbuster Theri had a Chennai backdrop where the actor played a jolly cop beating negative vibes in the society.
But now, Vijay's next film with Bharathan is reportedly set in the backdrop of Tirunelveli, a town with natural beauty and rooted people. Vijay is donning a wig similar to that of his Tata Docomo ad, which was a rage when it was aired on TV.
The 25 day first schedule is currently underway, with Vijay, Sathish and heroine Keerthy Suresh taking part. It will soon shift to action mode when actors like Daniel Balaji and Jagapathi Babu join the team.
