Noted film producer V Sathyanarayanan of Venkateshwaralayam Production House breathed his last in Chennai Friday.
Sathyanarayanan had produced several movies including Ajit's Kadhal Mannan, Amarkalam and Attagasam, Sree starring Suriya and Prabhu Deva's Alauddin. He was the one who introduced Saran to cinema.
He suffered cardiac arrest and breathed his last at his house in Chennai Friday.
Among those, who visited his house to pay last respects included actors Sivakumar, Suriya, art-director Mohana Mahendran and producer-director Saran.
