Directed by VV Vinayak and produced by Ravindranath Reddy on the banner of Eswari Films with Young Rebel Star Prabhas and Nayanatara in the lead, 'Yogi' was released as Sankranti gift.
The film based on mother sentiment had completed 50 days on March 4 in 186 centres.
Addressing the press briefing director VV Vinayak says, 'Though the film was declared a flop in the beginning, the audiences slowly realised the greatness in the film and made it a big hit. We are proud for giving such a big commercial hit.'
Producers say, 'The film had collected Rs 25 crore gross and Rs 18 crore share in 50 days time in over 186 centres. These figures prove that the audiences made the film a big hit. We are proud for producing such a good film which was also successful commercially.'
