Kapu Leader Mudragada Padmanabham's health condition worsened on Sunday (11th Day). Even though 10 out of 13 people arrested in connection with Tuni violence were granted bail already, He doesn't want to give up until the remaining three walks out of the prison. Legal procedures were delaying the bail of the three other accused in the case.
