Preparation Method

  1. 1 Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. 2 Place Potato in an 8x8 inch baking dish.
  3. 3 In a small bowl combine melted Butter, Garlic, Salt and Lemon Juice; pour over Potato and stir to coat.
  4. 4 Sprinkle Parmesan Cheese over Potato.
  5. 5 Bake, covered, in preheated oven for 30 minutes.
  6. 6 Uncover and bake an additional 10 minutes, or unTil golden brown.
