These creamy garlic mashed potatoes are so good, you can serve them plain—no butter or gravy is needed. Now, this is the only way we prepare mashed potatoes.

Preparation Method

  1. 01 Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. 02 Place Potato in an 8x8 inch baking dish.
  3. 03 In a small bowl combine melted Butter, Garlic, Salt and Lemon Juice; pour over Potato and stir to coat.
  4. 04 Sprinkle Parmesan Cheese over Potato.
  5. 05 Bake, covered, in preheated oven for 30 minutes.
  6. 06 Uncover and bake an additional 10 minutes, or unTil golden brown.
