Preparation Method
- 01 Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- 02 Place Potato in an 8x8 inch baking dish.
- 03 In a small bowl combine melted Butter, Garlic, Salt and Lemon Juice; pour over Potato and stir to coat.
- 04 Sprinkle Parmesan Cheese over Potato.
- 05 Bake, covered, in preheated oven for 30 minutes.
- 06 Uncover and bake an additional 10 minutes, or unTil golden brown.
