Siddharth, Hansika starrer Something Something is set for a grand scale release on June 14. The film is shot in Tamil and Telugu versions and Brahmanandam will be seen in a comic role in the Telugu version while Rana and Samantha are zeroed in for cameos. Something Something is directed by Sundar C and produced jointly by Subrahmanyam B and Suresh N. Satya provided the soundtrack for the movie and Gopi Amarnath cranked the camera. The producers are confident that the film will turn out to be a grand hit and Brahmanandam’s role is an asset. The shooting schedules of Something Something have been wrapped up and the post-production works are in brisk progress. Other supporting cast of the film includes Brahmanandam, Khushboo, Sudha, Gautham Raju, Nalini, etc.
Something Something, Saradaga Ammaitho released
Tollywood Box-Office will witness two releases Something Something, Saradaga Ammaitho today but both the films gets effected in Hyderabad in ts openings due to Chalo Assembly call given by Telangana supporters. Something Something is the second combo of Siddharth and Hansika after a successful Oh My Friend film. Sundar C has directed this commercial entertainer and Lakshmi Ganapathi Films produced it with Satya as music composer. On the other hand, Varun Sandesh’s Saradaga Ammaitho directed by Bhanu Shnakar casting Nisha Agarwal as the female lead is hitting the screens. Varun and Nisha earlier teamed up for Yemaindi Ee Vela, that has turned out to be a decent hit.
Rana, Samantha cameos in Something Something
Siddharth, Hansika have paired up for the second time for the film Something Something after Oh My Friend. The film is set for a June 14th release simultaneously with the Tamil version Something Something has wrapped up the censor formalities and the film has bagged U/A certification from the board. Brahmanandam played full-length role in the film while Rana and Samantha have done cameos. Siddharth has thanked Rana and Samantha for their brief appearances, “Thank you @RanaDaggubati & my dearest @Samanthaprabhu2 for your cameos in ‘Something Something’…means so much to me. Big hugs:)” Lakshmi Ganapathi films is producing Something Something directed by Sundar C, with Satya providing the musical scores.
Something for everyone
The good thing about Tollywood is that there is scope for new talent and new ideas to flourish. The film from New Wave Creations Media is a good example. The film is titled Something. Something has youngsters like Samrat, Rajender, Aswini, Sunaina and Mona Chopra in the leads. And naturally the whole team is agog with expectations on the new venture. Produced by Srinivasa Raja, the film unit met the press yesterday. The producer said the movie is more or less complete with just the rerecording remaining to be done. "The youthful film has got good music, comedy and other ingredients of typical entertainment", he said. Out of the seven songs, six have been shot in Bangkok. The film will be released in June while the audio is expected to be out in a couple of days time. Director Ch Srinivasa Rao spoke highly of the songs. He was very optimistic on the two songs sung by Karunya, the new sensational talent in Andhra. He is also expected to perform at the audio launch, the director said. The artistes Samrat, Sunaina, Dinesh also sopke about their roles in the movie. In short, Something, Something will have something for every one.
Fans plan something big for Khaidi No 150
It is already known that Megastar Chiranjeevi’s Khaidi No 150 has completed its shoot and currently the post-production work is going on in full swing. This movie’s audio is going to be released directly into the market on December 25th.The latest news regarding this movie is that mega fans held a get-together event in Vijayawada earlier today and discussed on the Movie’s promotional activities and arrangements to be made for the pre-release event which will be held on January 4th in Vijayawada.Meanwhile, a single track from this movie Ammadu lets do Kummudu will be released today.
Preeti moves to something big
Pretty girl Preeti Amin has been associated with only small screen so far. She is known for her role in 'Chakravakam'. Now, time has come for her to move to the big screens. She is going to play the lead role opposite debutante Bishnu Adikari in a film titled 'Naalo... Tolisarigaa'. The film is all about a boy, who is brought up from a conservative family, falling in love with a girl. Having completed the first schedule, the second schedule is expected to start on April 15. Music composer Sashi Preetam, who turned director with 'Naa Pranam Kante Ekkuva', is now turning producer with the film and Bhanu Vijay is making debut as a director.
