J.K. Rithesh who acted in films like ‘Kanal Neer’, ‘Nayagan’ and ‘Penn Singam’ complained of chest pain when going to the gym for workout and was rushed to a private hospital where he is in intensive care. The Nadigar Singam treasurer Karthi visited the hospital to know the status and the doctors had informed that he has a heart condition.
J.K.Rithesh was a member of the DMK and then switched allegiance to ADMK and recently campaigned for Karunaas in the Thiruvudanai constituency. He has also been very active in the Nadigar Sangam and also participated in the Star Cricket.
