Dulquer Salmaan and Nithya Menen are reuniting for the Malayalam film '100 Days of Love' alongside their Mani Ratnam project. The director addressed budget and schedule rumors.
Besides the much expected Mani Ratnam movie, titled 'Okay Kanmani', Dulqueer Salman and Nithya Menen are acting together in a Malayalam movie, titled '100 Days of Love'.
The film's director Jenuse Mohammed has taken to the social media, to clear the air on various rumors surrounding on the movie.
"This is to clear the air on a few rumours that have been circulating within the media for the past few days. Unfortunately, rumors are unavoidable in this industry and generally not worth a response. But the malicious nature of the two current ones cannot be overlooked," he said.
"The schedule break for the movie was pre-arranged so that Dulqueer and Nithya can finish Mani Ratnam sir's movie OK Kanmani. The news that the budget has crossed the Rs 10 cr mark with a further Rs 15 cr to complete and the producer had to stop the shoot is honestly amusing. Rest assured, if we had the sort of the budget we would have shot this movie in New York City instead of Bangalore. The budget is strictly within the refines of a decent Malayalam film," he added.
