The ace music director of Kannada cinema Gurukiran's 50th film 'Satya in Love' ' starring Shivarajakumar and Genelia - audio was released at Chancery hotel on last Saturday evening. In 10 years span of time starting from 'A' Gurukiran the find of superstar Upendra has given incredible hits. He has also finished 1000 stage shows as singer and music composer recently is an additional feather in his cap.
On an average four films is OK with any music director but I have given one extra film every year. My all time best hero is Shivarajakumar. His film 'Satya in Love' being my 50th film is a notable aspect for me said Gurukiran addressing the media.
On the occasion of his 50th film completion this gentle, smiling and sensible music director Gurukiran has decided to rope in lot of fresh talent who are from Karnataka and charge more for the film music which demand Mumbai singers. It is because they take the highest remuneration for the highest work what I have done says Gurukiran. At the same time he has shown it to Kannada film industry that good music is important first. In the place of Sonu Nigam he has brought in Rahul Vaidya in the film 'Beladingalaagi Baa' and for 'Satya In love' he sung in the style of Adnan Sami and saved a few lakhs for the producers.
