Earlier, there were reports that actress Nayantara is likely to be cast opposite Suriya in his landmark 35th film Thaana Serndha Koottam. Then, Suriya's Singam costar Hansika's name was doing the rounds. Now, the pretty actress has denied the rumour and has clarified that she has not been approached by the team. "I have never been approached 4 Thaana serndha kootam :)so rumours can rest in peace While I continue shooting back2back," she posted on her Twitter page.
The film is directed by Nayan's beau Vignesh Shivan. Bankrolled by Studio Green, the film has Music by Anirudh.
