Mahesh Manjrekar is one guy who prefers making movies with a difference. Now, he is keen on making a movie on the plight of mill workers whose mills are now sold to builders. The film titled, 'Big Bazaar' looks into the issue of mill lands that have been readily approved for construction of buildings.
The film will expose the corruption involved in these sorts of dealings. The writers of 'Big Bazaar' have done extensive research on the subject via newspapers. Currently, Sushma Reddy has been decided for the cast. She will play the role of a mill worker's wife.
The movie will show the problems faced by mill workers after they had to abandon their mill jobs and what sort of odd jobs they had to reside to fulfill their family's needs. The shooting for 'Big Bazaar' will begin after 'The Struggler' is released.
