Punjabi Pop Singer Ashok Mastie on occasion of Baisakhi

Baisakhi' the festival of Joy, Happiness, Dance (Bhangra) and Music. This is the festival where farmers start cutting their harvest after a long one year hard work in the fields. As the April starts crops grow and all farmers gather to cut their yields and congratulate each other for the outcome by saying 'Jatta Aai Baisakhi'. Initially this festival was just being celebrated among Punjabi's but nowadays this festival is being celebrated widely. One more importance of this festival is that Guru Govind Singh selected 'Punj Pyare' and established Khalsa Panth. As per the Sikhs faith Punj Pyare's suppose to wear Kanga, Kesh, Kada, Kirpan and Kachha and look after the traditional rituals.

Which ever festival it may be it consists of Dance, Music and Masti to enjoy by forgetting all day to day hustles. To make this festival more colorful Rely organized a musical evening with Punjabi Pop Singer Ashok Mastie at Pragati Maidan Hamsdhwani Auditorium, New Delhi where organizers made all arrangements to enthrall audience.

Ashok Mastie started this stunning evening by wishing Baisakhi and performed Punjabi Songs like his ever green 'Khadke Gilasi' and 'Challa' from his album The Beat, Wah Bahi Wah. He presented other songs like A..A'Ashiqi Mein Teri and a medley of old & new bollywood songs on which audience started swinging.

Rely created an artificial set of a village fair to give a traditional touch to this event. Artificial set was appreciated by the audience a lot. Young girls performed their traditional dance called 'Gidda' on these sets in their traditional colorful attires.
