Close on the heels of small screen actress Vaishnavi's suicide about a month ago, another actress from the small screen committed suicide on Wednesday.
The actress Shradha, who played important roles in Kushboo's Kalki and the mega-serial Kolangal, was found hanging at her house in Chennai.
She had left a suicide note stating that none was responsible for her taking the extreme step.
Similar to the Nadigar Sangam for film artistes, there is an organization called Chinna Thirai Nadigargal Sangam.
Time has come for them to hold the flock together and go in for a huddle and give counseling to these artistes.
Unless a solution is arrived, the stress and pressure drives them to take extreme step, said a group of artistes.
