
Actress Swara Bhaskar is gaining recognition for her writing skills after her script Split Ends received a prestigious fellowship grant.
Swara Bhaskar who was last seen in the movie, 'Nil Battey Sannata' wrote her first script last year which was titled, 'Split Ends'. The actress had joined a fellowship program which is annually organised by the Asia Society India Centre.
After her script for chosen for the New Voices Fellowship for Screenwriters (NVFS), the actress received a grant of Rs 2 lakh. Due to this, the actress has been getting several offers from publishing houses to write fiction and non-fiction in Hindi and English. It is also believed that the actress will be pitching the script of 'Split Ends' to Bollywood directors after her fellowship ends in July.
