Buzz making vibes in Kollywood that Chiyaan Vikram is likely to play the lead in the remake of Malayalam blockbuster film Drishyam, an action drama featuring Mohanlal and Meena.
If sources are to be believed, Vikram was approached by producer Suresh Balajee who acquired Drishyam Tamil remake rights. Supposedly Vikram happened to watch Mohanlal’s critically acclaimed Drishyam at PVR in Chennai on 1st January.
Critically acclaimed family entertainer Drishyam directed by Jeethu Joseph turned out to be the biggest Malayalam blockbuster of all times apparently hottest film in remake circuit. Though Vikram is emotionally moved by the film, it is to be known whether Vikram will give his nod to play the dad of an 18-year-old-girl.
Meanwhile, it is also to be considered that Vikram has earlier signed two commercial movies each with directors Dharan and Hari, who are waiting to join Vikram as soon as he completes Shankar's Ai.
However, viewers have to wait a little to know whether the versatile actor that he is Vikram will sign the dotted line with Suresh Balajee for Drishyam Tamil remake...
