Even as it plans to roll out its latest Galaxy Note smartphone in the US in October, Samsung Electronics will release the device, along with its Galaxy Gear smartwatch, in India on September 25.

The technology giant had unveiled the products - the Galaxy Note 3, the Note 10.1 tablet and the smartwatch - last week.

The Galaxy Note 3 and the tablet will be available in jet black and classic white.

Samsung said the smartwatch will be available in jet black, oatmeal beige, rose gold, wild orange, lime green and mocha gray colours.

While AT&T, Sprint, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless and US Cellular will carry the Galaxy Note 3 smartphone, major retailers, including Best Buy, Amazon.com and Walmart, will also carry the device and smartwatch.

AT&T said it will sell the phone for $299.99 with a new two-year agreement, or for $35 a month under its AT&T Next installment plan. It will begin shipping orders on October 1.

Samsung is planning to launch over half a dozen products, including a 10-inch tablet and a spacious refrigerator, in the next three months in India.

Apart from the Galaxy Note 3 and Galaxy Gear, which the company would launch on September 25, Samsung will come up with Note 10.1 in the last week of October, just before Diwali.

Further, Samsung will launch its 55 inch and 65 inch UHD TV in India next month priced at about Rs 3.25 lakh and 4.40 lakh, respectively. Besides, it would bring its UHD TV of 98 inch and 110 inch sizes in India by next year.

Samsung would also launch a laptop - Samsung Ativ Book 9 Lite - with a 13.3 inch display and 4 GB memory along with a storage capacity of 128 GB. The device's battery life is up to 8 hours.
