Actres Aishwarya Rajesh has been often offered roles that are beyond her age. However, her wish came true with Kattapava Kaanom, where she is paired opposite Sibi Raj. Produced by Wind Chimes Media Entertainments and directed by debutant Mani Seiyon (a former associate of Arivazhagan), the movie also has Chandini, Kaali Venkat, Yogi Babu, Mime Gopi, Livingston, Thirumurugan and Jayakumar in pivotal roles.
"I have done roles that are very challenging, and eventually, those characters has earned me real good names. But rarely I have played a role of my age and my Lifestyle - Thanks to Kattapava Kaanom. I play the heroine Meenu opposite to Sibiraj. In this film, I reflect the mood and body language of today's average new age girl, who is just married.
