Here we give you some latest updates of Ajith’s silver jubilee film Mankatha. Directed by Venkat Prabhu, the film is all about cricket betting during IPL season.
Mankatha has an interesting story line and will portray Thala Ajith and Action King Arjun in negative shades. Trisha is playing the daughter of an underworld mafia don, from Dharavi slums Mumbai and will be seen as Ajith’s love interest. Apart from the lead pair Mankatha has a package of stars like Arjun, Lakshmi Rai, Premgi Amaran, Mahat, Ganesh Venkatram, Vedhika, and Vaibhav.
“Mankatha has surprising twist and twirls and brings the darker shades of the under world happenings along with high voltage action sequences without violence. The film is all about how things happen made by different people and how these happenings change the whole thing when it reaches a particular factor makes the plot. Mankatha is not at all gangster flick” says director Venkat Prabhu
Dhayanidhi Alagiri is producing the film under Cloud Nine movies. The film completes it shooting schedule by mid-March and will be releasing it on May 1, on Ajith’s birthday.
