Zero, a fantasy horror film directed by Shiv Mohaa, had Ashwin Kakumanu and Sshivada Nair in the lead roles. The film did mediocre business at the box office and received positive reviews from critics for its experimental nature in Tamil cinema.

Recently, Zero has been conferred with a Distinguished Design award from the Rocheston Accreditation Institute in New York. This award is presented to movies that have exceptional artistic creation, technique and excellence in design and innovation.

Distributor G Dhananjayan of Blue Ocean Entertainment said, "It's a great honor to receive an award for a concept film like Zero. This film is made with a lot of passion and undying commitment." The team of the movie will be receiving the award on July 15, after which they are planning to hold a press meet to celebrate this feat.
