Cinematographer - director Balu Mahendra is a rare phenomenon in Tamil cinema.
In his career spanning four decades, Balu Mahendra has carved a niche for himself churning out several classics which includes Moonram Pirai, Sathy Leelavathy among others.
He started with Kokila and his last was Kanakalam starring Dhanush. Hence a mega show titled K2K will be organised next month at the Inox theatre in Chennai.
The likes of Rajinikanth and Kamal Hassan are expected to take part in the inauguration.
