The blockbuster Telugu movie Arjun featuring Mahesh Babu, Keerthi Reddy and Shreya is ready for release in Tamil.
Titled Varenda Maduraikku, the movie would hit the screens this December.
Arjun is a movie based on sibling relationship and is set around Madurai.
Mahesh Babu and Keerthi Reddy play twins in the movie.
Art Director Thotta Tharani had erected huge sets replicating Madurai Meenakshi Amman Temple for the movie. The mammoth set was so realistic that people thronged the set during the shoot and marvelled at the skilful execution. Thotta Tharani went on to win the National award for art direction for the same.
More over, with Prakash Raj, Saritha and Shreya in the cast, the producers are hopeful that it has enough elements in it to attract Tamil audiences.
Also getting ready for release in Tamil is Chiranjeevi's Jai Chiranjeeva.
With the State Government announcing sops for the film industry, the producers of dubbed films are hoping that the high taxes on dubbed films too would come down, facilitating more such releases.
