Veteran actor Rajesh, known for performing versatile roles on screen, has taken a new avatar. The actor has floated a construction firm and would be constructing several houses at Ramapuram, where former Chief Minister M G Ramachandran once lived.

The actor, who is successfully running a real estate business, says, 'The houses would have all ultra-modern facilities and can be designed according to individual needs and wants.'
