Fresh and rejuvenated after winning the National Award for best actress, Priyamani has bagged a plump role and is slated to act opposite Bharath for a movie to be directed by Suresh Krishna.
Bharath, is on a high after back-to-back hits with 'Pazhani' and 'Nepali'. He is currently shooting for 'Sevval', directed by Hari.
After completing 'Sevval', he would play the lead in director Suresh Krishna's movie titled 'Arumugham'. It is reported that there was an intense search for a heroine to play the role and director Suresh Krishna zeroed in on Priyamani.
On an understandable high after the success of 'Paruthi Veeran' and 'Malaikottai', Priyamani is confident of continuing her success streak with 'Arumugham'.
Priyamani is also expected to work with directors Mani Ratnam and Shankar soon. Who said talent doesn't take you places?
