The superstar Rajinikanth and Soundarya Rajinikanth’s Ocher Studio’s high budgeted animation flick ‘Sultan-The Warrior’ is in more trouble now. Anil Ambani’s Reliance Media Works has filed a case in the court against Soundarya Rajinikanth’s Ocher Studios (OS)
As per the filed case, Reliance Media Works (RMW) had signed an agreement with Ocher Studio’s in Jan 2008 to combinely produce this Rajini’s animated film that was all set to release in April 2009.
Recently, the RMW has been out of this agreement with OS in June 2009 but failed to recover their dues of worth Rs 11.59 Crore from OS. And now, RMW has filed a case against OS as they heard that OS is planning to release the movie Sultan-The Warrior in June 2010. They even moved on to Madras court to stop them from releasing the film without paying their dues along with 12 percent per annum. The case is scheduled for hearing on March 29.
