The camera captures the process of their make up, dressing, and training. While we are impressed by their unmistakable innocence and charm, the possibility of losing these aspects sooner than the other children is subtly conveyed through the visuals. The background voice of Sandheep Narayanan and the R.V. Ramani's flute and Punya Srinivas's Veena add emotional dimensions to the visuals. In fact, music (by Prasanna Ramaswamy, a filmmaker and theatre person) has come out as a strong component of Rohini's sensitive and subtle portrayal of the lives of the child artists.
